Reindeer AI's agents process business documents for enterprise customers. Every classification and extracted field had to match the source exactly, with no assumptions.

What We Did

A dedicated team classified incoming messages and attachments into documents and validated extracted invoice, shipping and ledger fields 1:1 against the source. Missing fields were marked, never guessed, and guideline questions were resolved quickly with Reindeer's team.

The Challenge

Kinnu, a London ed-tech start-up, builds gamified learning pathways of around 16,000 words and 60–100 images each. Its head of content was spending most of his week producing content instead of on higher-value work.

What We Did

Within 3 days we built a dedicated content team that uses generative AI (Midjourney and ChatGPT) to create the images each pathway needs, working from Kinnu's descriptions in a shared sheet. A Yenda project lead manages the team day to day and owns KPIs, deadlines and feedback with Kinnu. Over time, the team also took on audio generation, chart creation, blog uploading and SEO.

The Result

Kinnu's head of content now saves 18–24 hours a week, and the team produces over 1,200 images a month, up from 350.
